Think of all the places that offer us processed foods, fast foods and other junk. We can be tempted to eat just bad foods through sheer convenience which is not good for our health.

In order to stay healthy, young and beautiful one should avoid some foods. Avoid the bad fats, the hydrogenated oil that is present in restaurants and fast foods all over the place. Do not use them to prepare your food at home either. Yes they are less expensive but they have been made to have a longer shelf life, while they shorten your life.
The margarine is one of these products. The true butter is far better than the margarine. You could just as well eat plastic instead of margarine, as the plastic and margarine have similar molecular components. Use just cold pressed oils.
The refined sugar or just the sugar is bed for your health. Sugar affects your body response to insulin, which leads to diabetes or obesity. An oxidation process is created and that creates an accumulation of sugar in your body.
The artificial sweeteners are worse than sugar. Ignore the so called branded diet products. Actually one should ignore all the acidic drinks. The aspartame that they contain can excite the brain cells till it leads to their death. This can lead to brain cancer.
Avoid the corn syrup that one does not know much about. It is actually a chemical hidden under this name. The vast majority of pastry products, cookies and candies contain it. Do not enter the trap of corn syrup. It is very easily absorbed and half of it becomes captive in your liver, contributing to a fat liver, diabetes II or cancer.
The wheat is a source of digestive problems. Minimize the consumption of products that contain wheat and try to mix in some products you eat a little cereals. Anyhow, if you eat cereals, pasta or pizza is the same thing like eating sugar.
Do not eat under pressure. If you are in a hurry and you are starving grab an apple to satisfy your need for food until you have time to sit down and eat properly. The mouth is the place where the digestion begins. Therefore, sit comfortably and enjoy each bite you take.
Be conscious and strict regarding cutting the bad old food habits. Be capable of passing through your favorite pizza place without stopping; try having on you at all times some unsalted peanuts, some fruits with woody peel or an apple. Eventually you will notice that your tastes will enjoy what is healthy for your body and will get used to this healthier lifestyle.
